MP announces Christmas card competition winner

Mike Penning, MP for Hemel Hempstead, visited The Collett School on Friday (4th December) to announce the winner of his annual Christmas card competition.
This year’s winner was Simon Osborne and Mike presented him with a £40 WH Smith voucher.
Mike said:
“I really enjoy looking at the competition entries from The Collett School every year – although picking a winner is always difficult. I congratulate Simon and hope he enjoys seeing his design printed as a Christmas card. I am certainly very pleased with the result.”
Mike has run his Christmas card competition in conjunction with The Collett School for the past 4 years.
The Collett School is funded for 123 pupils between the ages of 4 and 16 who have a range of learning difficulties from moderate to complex, including autism.
