MP comments on National Quality in Extended Services Award for Kings Langley

Mike Penning, MP for the Hemel Hempstead constituency – which includes Kings Langley and Nash Mills – comments on news that the Kings Langley Extended Schools Consortium has been awarded the National Quality in Extended Services Award.
Mike said:
“I am absolutely delighted that the hard work of Kings Langley Extended Schools Consortium has achieved this recognition, especially as this is the first of 38 consortia in Hertfordshire to achieve this quality accreditation. The work of the Extended Schools is highly valued in our communities, providing much welcome after school activities, family support and community access to facilities. This is a great achievement and I congratulate everyone who has worked so hard to make it possible.”
