MP Presents Award to School Staff

Mike Penning presented awards for excellence in ICT to staff at St Albert the Great Catholic Primary School.
Mike Penning, MP for Hemel Hempstead, presented awards for excellence in ICT at assembly at St Albert the Great Catholic Primary School on Friday, 17th March.
After the assembly Mike Penning was taken on a tour of the school’s classes and took part in a classroom question and answer session.
After the visit Mike Penning said:
“I was very impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the staff and the politeness and attentiveness of the pupils.”
“The depth of the pupils’ knowledge about events and, in particular what happened at Buncefield, astounded me. The pupils have very real concerns about the environment.”
“I invited the Headteacher, Mr Mundy, to bring his pupils to visit the House of Commons, so I look forward to meeting them again and this time I will be giving the tour!”
