Mike Penning congratulates Hemel Storm on their promotion

Mike Penning, MP for Hemel Hempstead, has congratulated local basketball team, Hemel Storm, on their promotion to Division One of the English Basketball League.
Mike, who attends matches whenever he can, said:
“Storm are on a roll at the moment and I congratulate all the lads on their promotion. This is great news and it is fabulous that we will have Division One basketball in the town next season.
“I try to get to see them play whenever they are at home on a Sunday afternoon and I thoroughly recommend it – it really is a great afternoon out.”
