Mike Penning supports National Will Week
23rd October 2006
A recent survey has shown that up to two thirds of UK residents do not have a will.
National Will Week starts on 23rd October and local MP Mike Penning is giving it his full support and is urging all who do not have a Will to make one. This is an annual event and it is a good reminder to people without a Will to think of their loved ones.
Making a Will is relatively easy however, despite this, a recent survey has showed that more than two-thirds of UK residents do not have a Will. More than half die intestate.
“Having a Will in place is very important and without one it is possible that your entire estate could go to the Crown,” said Mike. “I urge everyone to make a Will to ensure control over how their estate is divided up,” he added.
