MP presents photo of memorable occasion to Anne

Local MP, Mike Penning, visited the Waterside Centre in Kings Langley to meet regular user Anne Skidmore again.
Earlier in the year Mike made a dream come true for Anne when he arranged for her to present a home-made gift to Prime Minister David Cameron.
On his visit this time, Mike presented a framed photograph Anne with the Prime Minister.
Mike said:
“I am pleased to be able to present this photo to Anne. It was a memorable day for all of us and I am delighted that the meeting gave so much pleasure to Anne.”
The Waterside Centre is a charity that provides a relaxed and stimulating environment where adults with learning disabilities can socialise, learn new and maintain existing skills and, most important of all, enjoy a good quality of life that commands respect, dignity and choice.
