Mike Penning congratulates veteran on 100th birthday

Mike Penning joined friends and family of Merchant Navy veteran Wally Colburn on his 100th birthday.
Mike presented Wally with the Arctic Star medal for his service in the Arctic convoys that protected supply lines to the Soviet ports in World War II.
Mike also presented Wally with a gift of a ships badge from HMS Trumpeter - one of the ships he served on in the Arctic.
