25th April 2013
Mike Penning gave his support to a campaign to raise money for two anti-slavery charities. South Hill Church’s “Not for sale, against human trafficking” campaign organised a vertical dash up the 21 flights of the KD tower on Saturday 20th April.
65 people completed the dash and £1,000 was raised.
Mike said:
“I congratulate all those who took part raising money and also promoting awareness of the horrendous crime of people-trafficking.”
