MP opens new surgery consulting rooms

Hemel Hempstead MP, Mike Penning, visited Fernville Surgery in Midland Road on Friday 31st May to conduct the official opening of a suite of newly refurbished consulting rooms.
The two new consulting rooms are located on the first floor and they will enable the surgery to increase the number of appointments provided at the practice.
Dr Keith Hodge, partner at Fernville, said:
“We are delighted to have Mike open our facilities today. These are two state of the art consulting rooms that will enhance care for our patients and allow us to meet the increasing and continuing demand for primary care from our local community.”
Mike Penning MP said:
“I congratulate all at Fernville Surgery on the commitment and dedication they show to the patients in their care. Everyone from the receptionists to the medical staff is professional and compassionate. Obviously I am biased as it my own doctor’s surgery, but it is great to see such an impressive facility in the town.”
