Mike Penning MP watches Hemel Storm win

Mike Penning joined supporters to watch Hemel Storm beat Birmingham A’s 90-58.
Hemel Hempstead MP, Mike Penning joined more than 400 supporters at the Hemel Storm basketball match against Birmingham A at Sportspace on Saturday (29th January).
Hemel Storm won the National League match 90-58.
After the match, Mike said:
“It’s great to see the facilities at Sportspace used in this way for the benefit of the community. I was impressed with the family-oriented crowd and how much they seemed to enjoy supporting the Storm. I really enjoyed the game too and will certainly come back again.”
The next Hemel Storm match at Sportspace is against Medway Park Crusaders on Saturday 12th February, tip-off 7pm. With Hemel Storm currently 4th and Medway Park Crusaders 3rd in the table, this is a critical match.
