Hemel Hempstead MP, Mike Penning, visited the recently-opened bridal boutique Halo & Wren in Hemel Hempstead’s historic Old Town this week.

Mike met with owner Jemma Palmer to learn about her boutique and how she is bringing a new bridal shopping experience to the Old Town.

Jemma said:
“I decided to open the shop after my struggle to find a fashion forward gown for my own wedding. I wanted to bring cool, modern dresses to Hertfordshire and specifically the beautiful Old Town - which is the perfect location for our lovely shop and a great location to add to the Bridal experience.”

Mike said:
“I congratulate Jemma and her husband on opening their beautiful shop. The refurbished Old Town is becoming known as a great new destination and along with the other shops and cafés it will make for an enjoyable afternoon out for any prospective bride and her friends and family.
