Local MP, Mike Penning has welcomed ‘Infinity Restaurant’ to Hemel Hempstead.

Master Chef, Pandav Mahato and his wife Shanti who have previously worked at the ‘Yak and Yeti’ in Kathmandu, Nepal have teamed up with Krzysztof Zalewski and his wife Katarzyna to bring a modern English/Indian menu with influences from Nepal to Hemel Hempstead.

Mike Penning personally treated his staff to a belated Christmas dinner at the Waterhouse Street restaurant last week.

Mike said:
“I am always keen to back new businesses coming into the town and was delighted to use my staff’s Christmas dinner as an opportunity to visit the new restaurant.

“The food was excellent and I would certainly recommend it. We are lucky to have such a highly experienced and superb chef come to Hemel Hempstead. I wish them the best of luck with their new business venture.”
