Hemel Hempstead MP, Mike Penning, has been interviewed on Dee TV by Lindy Weinreb where he talked about his work as our local MP, his reasons for going into politics and his previous experience.

In a relaxed and informal interview, Mike told Lindy about his work promoting the area and welcoming new businesses into the area. He also talked about local sports success, schools and fishing on the Grand Union Canal.

Mike urged residents to “be positive… we have a lot more positive things going on than negative. Let people know about the good things happening in the community.”

Speaking afterwards Mike added:
“Dee TV is a great local community online TV station and I congratulate them on the work they are doing. They have covered a lot of local events and activities and I urge all local residents and businesses to get involved.”
