Hemel Hempstead MP Mike Penning travelled to Leicester yesterday (Sunday) to back Hemel Storm in the final of the Patrons Cup and was rewarded with victory for the local team.

Storm were up against Killamarsh Arrows from North Derbyshire.

“I am absolutely delighted and send my congratulations to the team. Hemel Storm are fantastic ambassadors for the area and it is always great fun to watch them play.

“I’m glad I made the effort to go to Leicester, it was a great result.”
