Mike Penning has welcomed the publication of the Conservatives’ “Contract with voters”.

As the campaign enters the final week, the Conservatives have published a “Contract with voters” which sets out what they will do if they win the election.

Mike said:

“This contract between the Conservative Party and the people of the United Kingdom commits us to do specific things in exchange for your vote. We are clearly saying that if we don’t deliver on the things in this contract, vote us out in five years’ time.

“We take very seriously the trust placed in us when you cast your vote for us. A vote is a valuable thing – it has been hard won and only on a very few occasions in a person’s lifetime will it really make a difference. This is one of those times.”
