Mike Penning presents Veterans Badge to Changi survivor

Mike Penning visited 90-year old veteran and Changi survivor, Fred Picton, at his home last week to present him with a veterans badge last week.

Mike said:
"It is a great honour to meet and present this badge to Fred. He and his comrades are a great inspiration to all of us who owe them so much.

"I am delighted to be able to present him with this badge."
