DRA offer a rent guarantee scheme for over 18’s who are homeless, unemployed or on low pay and are single.
Homeless clients find their own suitable accommodation in the private rental sector. DRA pay rent advance recouping later from Housing Benefit payable to the client.
They also issue a Council backed guarantee against loss/damage to landlords.
After a tenancy has been established DRA offer ongoing support and advice.
DRA hold surgeries between 9am and 12 noon on Wednesdays at Carey Baptist Church in the Marlowes.
DRA is affiliated with Churches Together in Hemel Hempstead and the National Rent Deposit Forum.
